Returns

Maker Is LLC accepts returns of standard products when you notify us within 7 business days of delivery, subject to the terms below. To request a return, contact Maker Is LLC through the contact page or live chat with your order number and reason for the return.

Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original condition. Return the product within 7 business days after approval. You must contact Maker Is LLC and receive written return authorization and the return address before sending any merchandise back. Merchandise sent without prior authorization will not be accepted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Restocking fees

Eligible returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at Maker Is LLC’s discretion. Returns from bulk orders are subject to the 30% restocking fee described below instead. These fees do not stack. Any applicable fee is calculated on the purchase price paid for the items being returned, excluding tax and shipping, and deducted from the refund. Maker Is LLC will confirm the applicable fee when approving the return.

Bulk and project orders

Orders containing 10 or more units in total, including mixed products, are considered bulk orders. Please confirm product fit, dimensions, quantities, and client approval before placing a bulk order. We recommend purchasing one unit to evaluate before ordering for an entire project. Bulk orders should not be placed to reserve inventory while project requirements or client approval remain undecided.

Eligible returns from bulk orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee, including partial returns. Project cancellations, excess quantities, and changes in client approval do not waive this fee. Our standard return window and condition requirements still apply.

Final sale items

Custom products, including custom niches, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, project cancellations, or changes in client approval.

Return shipping

Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer using a trackable service through UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another carrier approved by Maker Is LLC. Provide the tracking number to Maker Is LLC and retain your shipping receipt. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not reimbursed for change-of-mind returns. Maker Is LLC will provide the return address after approving the return.

Refunds

Maker Is LLC will inspect the return after it arrives. If approved, the refund, less any applicable restocking fee, will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Maker Is LLC within 7 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so Maker Is LLC can review the issue. Restocking fees and change-of-mind final-sale restrictions do not apply to items confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. Contact Maker Is LLC before arranging return shipping so we can provide instructions and arrange or cover any required return shipping for these issues.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law. Updated return restrictions and fees apply only to orders placed after those terms are published.
